Yes — we offer fixed plant maintenance and shutdown services. From planned overhauls and scheduled servicing to project work, our crew arrives on-site with the right tools and expertise to minimise downtime. Mobile plant work is consultancy only (see below).

Absolutely. We provide full mechanical drafting services including 2D fabrication drawings, 3D modelling, and as-built documentation. We design with manufacturability and site conditions in mind.

No — mobile plant is consultancy only. We help operators lift fleet reliability through MTBF analysis, RCM (Reliability Centred Maintenance) practices, maintenance scheduling assistance, lubrication strategy and program development. Hands-on servicing is performed by your own crews or preferred contractors using the programs we build with you.

We design, install and commission hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including high-pressure tube work, line routing and system integration. Component-level repairs and rebuilds (cylinders, pumps, motors) are outsourced through our trusted specialist partners so you get the right expertise on every job.

Yes — technical sourcing is one of our strengths. We help secure hard-to-find and high-priority components quickly through our supplier network, saving you time when production is on the line.

Safety is non-negotiable. We follow strict LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out) procedures, critical control management, and site-specific safety protocols, and our team is trained to meet or exceed all site and regulatory safety requirements. As we continue to grow, we are also working toward achieving ISO 45001 certification to further strengthen our commitment to health, safety, and continual improvement.

Yes. We document and record our projects to support traceability, consistency, and future reference. Where required, we maintain clear records of scope, work completed, parts supplied, engineering changes, and key technical details, helping clients with maintenance history, repeat work, and ongoing asset reliability. As we continue to grow, this disciplined approach to documentation will also support our goal of achieving ISO 9001 certification and strengthening our quality management systems.

Both. We regularly upgrade, retrofit, and repair existing fixed plant. Whether it's a legacy system needing modernisation or a new installation, we adapt our approach to suit the job. For mobile plant we provide reliability consultancy around your existing fleet.

We don't currently run a 24/7 breakdown response service. What we do offer during breakdowns is rapid assistance with securing high-priority replacement parts through our supplier network, helping you get back online as quickly as possible.

Yes — we offer end-to-end project management. From initial concept and mechanical drafting, through fabrication oversight and on-site installation, to final commissioning and handover.
